These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zentris website, member portal, mobile application and any other digital services operated by Zentris Space Ltd (“Zentris”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

By accessing or using our website, member platform or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and any separate Membership Agreement or Service Agreement that applies to your membership or booking.

Purpose of the Platform

The Platform is provided to:

• Provide information about Zentris, our memberships, workspaces, events and services.
• Allow users to enquire about memberships and services.
• Enable members to manage their accounts, bookings, payments and access permissions.
• Allow meeting room and workspace bookings.
• Facilitate communication between Zentris and its members, guests and visitors.

Whilst we aim to keep all information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all information on the Platform will always be complete, accurate or current. Any reliance placed on the information provided is at your own risk.

Membership Agreements

Certain services available through the Platform are subject to separate Membership Terms, Booking Terms or other written agreements between you and Zentris.

Where a separate agreement applies, that agreement will take precedence over these Terms where there is any inconsistency.

Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal or legitimate business purposes.

You agree to:

User Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with Zentris, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account and must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Zentris accepts no responsibility for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or any connected systems.
• Upload malicious software, viruses or harmful code.

All content available through the Platform, including logos, branding, text, photographs, graphics, videos, software and designs, is owned by or licensed to Zentris and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend, modify or withdraw parts of the Platform for maintenance, security or operational reasons without prior notice.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
