Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all memberships with Zentris Space Ltd (“Zentris”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Membership

Membership grants access to Zentris facilities and services according to your chosen membership plan.

Membership benefits, pricing and included services may vary depending on the membership selected.

Memberships are personal to the named member and may not be shared, transferred or assigned to another person.

  1. Membership Types

Zentris may offer a range of memberships, including but not limited to:

  • Access Membership
  • Dedicated Desk Membership
  • Private Office Membership

Each membership includes the benefits outlined at the time of purchase.

  1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are payable in advance according to your membership type:

  • Access Memberships and Dedicated Desk Memberships are billed monthly.
  • Private Office Memberships are billed quarterly, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are collected automatically using your chosen payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid and up to date.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

  1. Failed Payments

If payment cannot be successfully collected:

  • Your membership may be suspended.
  • Access to the building and facilities may be disabled.
  • Future bookings may be cancelled.
  • Outstanding balances will remain payable.

Zentris reserves the right to charge reasonable administration fees and recover any costs associated with unpaid accounts.

Repeated failed payments may result in termination of your membership.

  1. Membership Renewals

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

By becoming a member, you authorise Zentris to collect recurring payments until your membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

  1. Cancellation

Access & Dedicated Desk Memberships

Flex Monthly memberships may be cancelled by providing 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date.

Annual fixed-term memberships cannot normally be cancelled before the end of the agreed term unless required by law or agreed by Zentris.

Private Offices

Private Office memberships are billed quarterly and require three months’ written notice to terminate unless otherwise agreed within your Licence Agreement.

Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.

  1. Building Access

Eligible memberships include 24/7 access using the Zentris access control system.

Your access credentials remain the property of Zentris.

You must not:

  • Share your access credentials with anyone.
  • Allow unauthorised individuals into the building.
  • Hold secure doors open for unknown persons.
  • Copy, duplicate or tamper with any access device.

Any lost or compromised credentials must be reported immediately.

Zentris reserves the right to suspend access where misuse is suspected.

  1. Bookings

Meeting rooms, phone booths and other shared facilities operate on an advance booking system.

Bookings may be subject to:

  • Maximum booking durations.
  • Fair usage limits.
  • Cancellation policies.
  • Availability.

Repeated no-shows or misuse of the booking system may result in booking restrictions.

  1. Member Conduct

Zentris is a professional members’ community built on mutual respect.

Members agree to:

  • Treat staff, members and visitors respectfully.
  • Maintain professional behaviour at all times.
  • Keep noise to an appropriate level.
  • Use phone booths or private rooms for lengthy calls where possible.
  • Leave shared areas clean and tidy after use.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
  • Follow all health and safety guidance.
  • Comply with any reasonable instructions issued by Zentris staff.

The following behaviour will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment or discrimination.
  • Aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Damage to property.
  • Behaviour that negatively impacts other members.
  1. Damage to Property

Members are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their employees, contractors or visitors beyond normal wear and tear.

Zentris reserves the right to recover the cost of repair or replacement.

  1. Personal Property

Members remain responsible for their own belongings.

Items left unattended are entirely at the owner’s risk.

Zentris accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property except where required by law.

  1. Internet & Technology

Wi-Fi and other technology services are provided as a convenience.

While we aim to provide reliable internet access, Zentris cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for business interruption resulting from internet, utility or technology outages.

Members must not use the network for unlawful, offensive or malicious purposes.

  1. CCTV & Security

CCTV operates throughout parts of the premises for the safety and security of members, visitors, staff and property.

By entering Zentris, you acknowledge that CCTV recordings may be used for security, crime prevention and incident investigation.

  1. Photography & Marketing

From time to time Zentris may take photographs or video during community events, networking sessions or promotional activities.

Where practical, we will notify attendees beforehand.

If you do not wish to appear in marketing material, please let a member of the Zentris team know.

  1. Suspension or Termination

Zentris reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership immediately where a member:

  • Breaches these Terms.
  • Repeatedly fails to make payment.
  • Misuses the building or facilities.
  • Damages property.
  • Behaves in a manner that endangers staff or members.
  • Acts in a way that brings Zentris into disrepute.

Termination does not remove liability for any outstanding fees owed.

  1. Changes to Memberships

Zentris may update membership pricing, facilities, opening hours, services or policies from time to time.

Where changes materially affect your membership, reasonable notice will be provided.

  1. Force Majeure

Zentris shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, utility failures, internet outages, industrial action or acts of terrorism.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under English law.

Subject to applicable law, Zentris shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data arising from the use of our facilities or services.

Members use the facilities entirely at their own risk.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
